Meet Jamie Hart

Jamie Hart is a dedicated REALTOR® proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout Delta, Montrose, and Mesa counties in Western Colorado. A native Texan born and raised in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Jamie brings more than 25 years of marketing experience to her real estate career—giving her clients a distinct advantage when it comes to positioning, presenting, and promoting their properties.

After making Crawford, Colorado, her home more than 20 years ago, Jamie developed a deep appreciation for the communities, landscapes, and lifestyle that make Western Colorado such an extraordinary place to live.

Jamie is especially passionate about marketing properties and getting her clients’ listings in front of buyers. She understands that successfully selling a home, acreage, or unique Western Colorado property involves far more than simply placing it on the MLS. From professional presentation and photography to digital advertising, social media, video marketing, print campaigns, and targeted exposure, Jamie works to showcase each property in a way that captures attention, reaches potential buyers, and highlights what makes it special.

Outside of real estate, Jamie enjoys spending time with her daughter, Kaitlyn, and her 35-year-old African Grey parrot, Monkee. With a vocabulary of more than 250 words and plenty of personality, Monkee frequently makes appearances in Jamie’s social media videos—and occasionally at the Paonia office.
