Meet Erin Powell

Since moving to the North Fork Valley in 2018, I’ve been continually inspired by the strength of this community, its deep connection to the land, and the region’s commitment to restorative agriculture. What first brought me here were the exceptional schools—especially the North Fork Montessori School in Crawford—but what made me stay is the people and the unique way of life that make this valley so special.

With over two decades of experience ranching and homesteading at high elevations, I understand the land, the lifestyle, and the unique challenges and opportunities that come with rural living. For the past five years, I have also worked as a real estate office manager, gaining valuable insight into contracts, logistics, and the attention to detail required to guide a real estate transaction smoothly from start to finish.

Becoming a real estate agent felt like the natural next step—an opportunity to bring my precision, knowledge, and care directly into the process of helping clients buy or sell property in a place I truly love. I’m passionate about helping people realize their dreams and find a home or piece of land that supports the life they envision.
