Meet Elise Wages

I am deeply committed to this community, to the land, and to the unique culture here in the North Fork Valley. When I first landed here, it felt like the home I had always longed for. I quickly purchased property and began a lifelong dream of building a campground. Through my land project, I have learned a lot, working intimately with the town of Crawford and the County Planning Department, among other entities, giving me a unique perspective and knowledge base to help my clients. Before obtaining my license, I worked in Real Estate for five years, giving me a good background to launch my career in the Industry.

I believe this valley is a very special place, and I am passionate about preserving the magic of this area while facilitating new growth in ways that support a blossoming community. Connecting people with the property that will be the launch pad for their dreams, or a safe haven to call home, brings me great joy. No matter the price, I believe that property is a very valuable and important investment, and I am here to guide you through this serious, sometimes challenging, and confusing endeavor. My goal is to make this process as smooth as possible, working with you every step of the way through the sale and beyond.
